Sometimes, forms have "pop-up" options. For example, there may be a form that has the options "father" and "mother," and you are told to circle one. In these cases, we usually have a pop-up list of options when you get to that field. You choose one, and it appears in bold on the form.
If you print the form out (or save to a PDF file as we did here) without making a selection from the pop-up options then there will just be a blank space in that position. For this demo, all we did was enter Standard Information, and did not enter any information directly on the forms themselves. That's why there are blank spaces or missing words on some forms.
